4 Questions to Re-ignite your Soul

There’s an old story that says that during tribal times, when someone was feeling dispirited, fearful, depressed, or overwhelmed, they would go to the nearest Shaman or Medicine man for advice.

The Shaman would always ask 4 Questions:

1. When did you stop dancing?

2. When did you stop singing?

3. When did you stop being enchanted by stories?

4. When did you stop being comforted by times of silence?

Dancing, Singing, Listening to or Telling Stories and bathing in Silence are the 4 activities that connect you deeply to Human Spirit and Soulfulness and align body, mind and soul.
