A peek into a No Nonsense Coaching Moment

Recently, in my Vision MasterMind group, I gave this coaching feedback to one of the participants…

I share it with you because when it comes to our dreams and goals, it is so easy for us ALL to do this – especially at the end of a year when we feel tired, weird or out of alignment. 

“Dear Visionary – You say you are in a weird space and feeling out of alignment…

My diagnosis is that you’ve got caught in what I call “the gap”.

This sentence of yours is what indicates to me that you’re in the GAP: 

“That IT never seems to happen for me; like I am doing all the things and not getting the tangible results…” 

I want to take you back to 2021, when I started working with you (only 3 and a half years ago).

If I’d painted a picture for you THEN of what your life is like NOW, today…

… With the gorgeous 5 bedroomed house, in the suburb of London you dreamed of living in…

… your 3 kids balanced, thriving and excelling in their dance and soccer…

… your work going so well with new clients being attracted to you weekly…

… able to buy yourself a wardrobe that feels stylish and indulgent…

… going on a retreat this past month and treating yourself luxuriously…

… having money flow easily into your life because you’ve learned to manage it well…

… and feeling safe and calm most days…

Firstly, you probably would NOT have believed it, and secondly, if I’d said in 2021, “Is that TANGIBLE enough for you?” 

You would have said, “Hell Yeah! I want THOSE tangible results!!”

The GAP that you are stuck in is the disappointment that your desires and your dreams of the  “IT of the FUTURE” are not here in the present moment right this second.

Except, the IT of the past IS here in the now (the IT you were desiring and would have killed for then). 

You’re so focused on the “IT” of the future and NOT having it immediately, that you haven’t stopped to recognise, appreciate AND BASK in what a masterful manifester you are and have been.

The Desire and Despondency around the “future IT” not showing up yet… will cause big nonsense with your alignment, ease and manifesting. 

The non-appreciation of “your Past IT coming true” will also cause nonsense with your alignment, ease and manifestation. 

Goals and Visions are GREAT for setting up the direction you want to go in and aim towards… 

… and then you must let your attachment to them GO! (almost immediately) for them to work their magic. 

You are doing WAY better than you even know! 

Make that tweak, and you’ll feel the alignment flowing back.”
